It is Spring Time!
April 17, 2024,
Spring is finally here and I, for one, welcome it with open arms. The Lions Camp Horizon (LCH) leadership keep engaged all winter as we budget, get the camper registration system set-up for the new year etc. Spring is when the pace really picks up with campers registering, seasonal staff recruitment begins, the repair/refurbishment of facilities are planned and executed and so on…In addition, we are planning a 50th Anniversary Celebration for Camp Horizon on Saturday, June 22. Mark your calendars and make sure you are signed up for our newsletters to keep abreast of the details. If you need help subscribing to our newsletters, contact Angie at admin@lionscamphorizon.org.
Our 50:50 matching fundraising campaign is still active. With donations of $35,000 and the matching contributions we are at $70,000 of the $100,000 we need.
