Who We Rent To
Our welcoming country setting offers something for everyone:
We can accommodate everything from meetings, retreats, theater groups, reunions, graduation parties, weddings. Modest rentals for a small gathering for a few hours or up to 188 overnight occupants. Spring and fall are our prime rental periods, but we also have some availability to accommodate large or small groups during the summer season.
Talk to us about your needs, come out for a tour and find out what we can offer you in our casual, comfortable environment, nearby but a world away from the city. You get a great venue and our disabled campers benefit from the support your rental fees provide. A true Win – Win situation.
Our Campus
Our 68 acre property has a lot to offer.
Dormitories
Once home to US airmen, our four dormitories have a long history behind them. Able to accommodate up to 47 overnight guests per dorm (188 total), you might want to put an extra pot of coffee on in the morning.
Meeting Space
Our conference building has two meeting spaces, the larger room will accommodate up to 69 people. Use the smaller extra room for break-out sessions or as a volunteer/staff/speaker VIP lounge.
Theatre
What we lack in bells and whistles, we make up for in charm. Our quaint little stage can’t quite be called a theatre, but it’ll do the trick when it comes to that talent show your family reunion has been missing or hosting a town-hall style meeting with our period theatre seating. Capacity 99 people. We can also set it up with tables and chairs for a meeting or classroom.
Kitchen + Dining Hall
Our kitchen and dining hall were modernized in 2017. We’ve got equipment even the pros will be pleased with. The hall has space for 99 people. We’ve got picnic tables for outdoor dining, a colorful 20’X40’ event tent and a large charcoal BBQ we can provide for outdoor enthusiasts.
Firepit
Breathe in the Pacific Northwest – the faintness of saltwater, the mystery of the Cascades, and campfire. Bring your community together here. Just don’t forget the marshmallows.
Bowling + Billiards + Air Hockey
Really. We have a two-lane bowling alley, billiards, horseshoe pits and air hockey. They’re low-tech, but high fun. Whether you keep score or not, you really can’t lose.
